He has used and taught the BIA, HMA and MemGram wellness assessment tools for over 50 years and works through the Biological Immunity Research Institute. What is the return policy?

Most products carry a 90 day money back guarantee. Call 800-285-4116 or email orders@longevity-formulas.com to request a return authorization before sending anything back. Returns without an authorization cannot be processed. Cash back, excluding shipping, is available on items returned within 90 days of purchase. Returns made 90 or more days after purchase receive store credit. Healthy Vibes products carry a 120 day satisfaction guarantee. H2CAP, KinoGEM, KinoPAD and KinoRAY are not returnable for personal hygiene and sanitary reasons, except when defective within the warranty period.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on order value, weight and destination. Many orders qualify for free standard shipping once the cart reaches the qualifying amount. Heavy items such as the 32oz Pink Relief Tonic are rated separately by pack size. The exact rate for your cart is shown before you pay.

Do you ship outside the United States?

No. Longevity Formulas currently ships within the United States only. No shipping rates are offered for international destinations at checkout.
