Adults. Start with 13 drops, twice a day. Increase by 1 to 3 drops per day toward the optimal dose: 3 to 4 droppers, twice a day, between or before meals. Take sublingually or in 2 ounces of filtered water.

Working target. Adjust dose to keep urine pH around 5.8.
