Calcium, phosphate, and trace elements from fossil deposits.

A colloidal soft rock phosphate mineral supplement providing 100 mg of elemental calcium per capsule from 334 mg of Min-Col soft rock phosphate plus 209 mg of calcium gluconate. Extremely fine mesh per Dr. Reams. 100 or 250 vegi-caps.

  • 100 mg of elemental calcium per capsule. From 334 mg of Min-Col soft rock phosphate plus 209 mg of calcium gluconate.
  • Calcium with the phosphate anion. Soft rock phosphate supplies both, along with the trace elements that came with the deposit.*
  • Fossil deposit sourcing. Colloidal particles extracted from soft rock phosphate, formed from fossil deposits of ancient bone.
  • Extremely fine mesh. A specified particle size, as directed by Dr. Reams, and part of how the raw mineral is processed.
  • Two bottle sizes. 100 or 250 vegi-caps. Gluten free, soy free, vegan, non-GMO.

What's inside

Min-Col soft rock phosphate, 334 mg per capsule. Colloidal particles extracted from soft rock phosphate, itself formed from fossil deposits of ancient bone. A source of calcium, minerals, and the phosphate anion.*

Calcium gluconate, 209 mg per capsule. Added to bring the calcium up and to pair the rock-sourced mineral with an organic acid form.

100 mg of elemental calcium per capsule, from those two together.

Extremely fine mesh. A specified particle size, as directed by Dr. Reams.

100 or 250 vegi-caps. Gluten free, soy free, vegan, non-GMO.

How to use

Take as directed on the label.

With a meal. Standard for mineral capsules.

Space it from iron and zinc. Calcium competes with both. Leave a few hours.

Pick your bottle size by how long you plan to run it. The 250 count is there because mineral programs tend to run in months, not weeks.

Why we made it this way

Soft rock phosphate is an odd-sounding ingredient with a plain explanation. It is a phosphate mineral formed from fossil deposits of ancient bone, and it carries calcium, the phosphate anion, and the trace elements that came with it.*

Dr. Reams specified an extremely fine mesh for it, and that spec is on our label. We list it as what it is: a particle size. You will find pages in this category ranking colloidal minerals above ordinary mineral salts on uptake. No published evidence supports that ranking, so we do not make it. The fine mesh is a genuine processing standard, and a processing standard is a different thing from an uptake claim.

We pair the rock-sourced mineral with 209 mg of calcium gluconate, which brings the capsule to 100 mg of elemental calcium and adds an organic acid form alongside the phosphate. Gluten free, soy free, vegan, non-GMO, in 100 or 250 count.

About this product

Min-Col is a holistic wellness product. It is a dietary supplement supplying 100 mg of elemental calcium per capsule along with the phosphate anion and trace elements. Calcium and phosphate are structural minerals in bone and tissue, and trace elements act as cofactors in enzyme systems.* It is not a medical treatment. Results vary, and it is intended to be used at your own discretion as part of a broader healthy-living routine. Consult your physician before use if you have a medical condition or are taking medication.

Who reaches for it

Adults following a Reams-style mineral program, where Min-Col is usually the base.

People who want calcium arriving with the phosphate anion rather than on its own.

Anyone pairing it with Algazim for sea-sourced iodine and trace elements alongside the rock-sourced minerals.

Cautions

Split the dose. The body absorbs calcium best in amounts of about 500 mg at a time. If your serving is larger than that, spread it across the day rather than taking it all at once.

Kidney stones or kidney disease. If you have a history of either, talk to your physician before starting any calcium supplement.

Separate it from other supplements and medication. Calcium can interfere with the absorption of iron, zinc, and some prescription medications, including thyroid medication and certain antibiotics. Leave a few hours between them.

Do not exceed the label. More calcium is not better, and total intake from food plus supplements is what counts.

Pregnancy and nursing. Consult your physician first.

For adults only. Consult your physician before use if you have kidney disease or a history of kidney stones. Keep out of reach of children.
